  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During new product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and destination.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. It's All About You Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, It's All About You Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you promptly.
